The terroir of discovery box: lavender, thyme, garrigue (3 × 300 g)
Six honeys, six terroirs of Provence
Each box brings together honeys harvested in Provence by partner beekeepers, raw, never heated or blended, in 300 g jars.
All terroirsDescription
Three honeys, three characters, to discover the best of Provence: the floral gentleness of lavender, the spiced power of thyme and the amber roundness of garrigue, named after the wild Mediterranean scrubland. Three 300 g jars, harvested in Provence by partner beekeepers, unpasteurised, presented in their signature black jar.
What the box contains
- Lavender Honey 300 g: gentle, floral, creamy. A favourite with children and at breakfast.
- Thyme Honey 300 g: powerful and aromatic, the honey for winter and herbal teas.
- Garrigue Honey 300 g: amber and smooth, with notes of thyme and rosemary, perfect for cooking.
That is 900 g of honey (€43.33 per kilo), for €39 instead of €43 when bought individually.
Who is it for?
As a gift for someone who loves Provence, as a first purchase when you cannot choose between the six honeys, or to build a tasting board: one gentle honey, one honey of character, one honey for cooking.

Frequently asked questions
Can I choose the three honeys in the box?
This box brings together lavender, thyme and garrigue, the trio most representative of Provence. For a different combination, simply add the jars of your choice to your basket: delivery is free from €50.
Is the box packed as a gift?
The three jars are wedged into a protective parcel. Write ‘gift’ in the order notes and we will leave the invoice out of the parcel; it will be sent to you by email.
How long do the honeys keep?
Several years at room temperature, away from light. Natural crystallisation is the sign of an unheated honey; a gentle bain-marie will make it liquid again if needed.
